Q: Why should I look at a contract option?

A: By taking up a contract option you not only get more videos for your money i.e 4 long form videos up to 20 minutes run time per month, but 8 shorts to go with it, all VFX and SFX included as well as thumbnails and unlimited revisions. 

Q: What if I don't want one of the contract options laid out to me?

A: That's fine, bring up what kind of things you expect in our initial meeting or request a meeting to discuss potential alternatives. I know that each individual project is different and as such may want or need different things. 

Q: How do I get my files to you?

A: All my files I get through Google Drive, if you do not utilize Google Drive, we can easily find alternative measures. 

Q: When do I need to send my files and how long will it take to get them?

A: All files should be given to me at least 5 days before you want your video ready for publishing, even if its a short. This gives time for revisions to be made in a timely manner. 

Q: How do we pay for the services?

A: I only ask for payment when a service is agreed, once we have agreed a service and a price payment information will be made available via the Invoice you receive.
